Dean Wellness Institute has been serving Vero Beach, Florida and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. We work closely with our patients to improve their quality of life as they age. Dr. Melissa Dean and our staff work with each patient in a team approach to provide the most up to date information in an integrative manner that empowers each patient to be their healthiest. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy, basic hormone balancing, nutritional analysis, professional nutritional supplementation, intravenous therapy, regenerative medicine, and cutting edge aesthetic medicine. We have helped patients with menopause, andropause, and anti-aging/regenerative medicine, and a well rounded lifestyle for wellness and aging gracefully.

Dr. Melissa Dean, MD, FAARFM practices internal medicine and general preventative medicine. Dr. Melissa Dean is an expert in treating menopause, andropause, diabetes management, hormone replacement and nutrition.

Catherine Cheries, PA

Catherine Cheries, PA has been practicing for fourteen years and has been working with Dr. Dean for the past 9 years, her main area of focus is on internal medicine. She offers exceptional personal care with an emphasis on lifestyle modifications and treating the root cause of health related issues.

Haizea Lulich, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC

Haizea Lulich, DNP, ARNP, FNP-BC. A board-certified family Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Lulich’s practice focuses on primary care, preventative and integrative medicine. She is also accepting patients seeking a new primary care practitioner as well as those in need of urgent care or IV therapy. Born and raised in Spain, Dr. Lulich graduated from Indian River Charter High School and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida State University. Her passion to care for others led her to graduate with honors and receive both her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees at Florida Atlantic University.

Summer Higgins, RMA

Summer Higgins, RMA, makes sure the entire Institute, from top to bottom, runs smoothly. Her life’s duty, obligation, and responsibility is to ensure every patient’s world class experience and care.

Brandi Butcher, RMA

Brandi Butcher, RMA spent 13 years in doctor’s office as a professional massage therapist perfecting the back office. After receiving her MA, she worked in a prominent cardiologist office learning the front office. She now takes care of every new patient and loyal patient’s logistics.

Sandy Heen, LPN

Sandy Heen works in the back office with patients drawing blood and performing IV’s. She’s been in the medical field for 30+ years.
